Key actions: This is to build on knowledge review of participation of service users and carers. Where there is insufficient literature or research to warrant a knowledge review in this area. A more productive way forward for this important area of work would be to do an in-house scoping exercise and then write a short position paper based on what we know from current work and the scoping exercise.
